Shipping
We deliver to any UK address.  By either Royal Mail 1st class recorded mail or Parcelforce, depended which is cheaper.  Goods are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered within 2 working days.

Returns
If the product you have purchased develops a fault within the first seven days from delivery you may return it to us for a full refund excluding the carriage charge. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned complete and in original packaging to obtain a refund.

If a item is returned to us within the seven days we will inspect the product, if the product is found to be working correctly, The customer has the option to have the product sent back to them (an additional carriage cost will be charged) or collect the machine from us.

Warranty
All products come with a minimum of 12 month manufacturers warranty, in accordance of UK law.
