Shipping
We deliver to any UK address. By either Royal Mail 1st class recorded mail or Parcelforce 48h service, depended which is cheaper to us. Goods are dispatched within 1 working day.

During normal periods delivery is normally within:
2 working days for England Wales and Southern Scotland (Edinburgh/Glasgow)
3 working days for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland
5 working days for Channel Islands

These delivery times are based on normal operating conditions at the Royal Mail. Delivery times will be extended during seasonal / adverse periods, i.e. industrial action, adverse weather, Christmas.

Non -Delivery, if your goods are not delivered within 15 working days contact us, so that we can raise an investigation with the Royal Mail. Our goods are always sent by registered mail.

Returns
If the product you have purchased develops a fault within the first seven days from delivery you may return it to us for a full refund excluding the carriage charge. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned complete and in original packaging to obtain a refund.

If a item is returned to us within the seven days we will inspect the product, if the product is found to be working correctly, The customer has the option to have the product sent back to them (an additional carriage cost will be charged) or collect the machine from us.

Warranty
All products come with a minimum of 12 month manufacturer's warranty, in accordance of UK law.
